Planning Activities (Schedule interviews/develop questions)

My interview will take place on 12/14, with someone who works on island management at my father's boss's island. The questions I will be asking are as follows:

1. What made you interested in a job for island management?

2. How does everything manage to work on this island that would normally only work if you were in the city/community?

3. In regards to staff, what type of skills do you look for in hiring?

4. What is the process like in order to build a new structure on the island?

5. What would you say are the best and worst aspects of having a job on an island?
